Refund Policy


A Satisfying Shopping Experience:
At YOROZU CRAFTED IN JAPAN, we aim for your complete satisfaction. Should you encounter any issues or dissatisfaction, we are here to assist you.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been packed. Contact us immediately to cancel.
  • If the order is already packed, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the items (see Returns section).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
  • Personalized, customized, or order-made items are non-cancelable, whether shipped or not.

Invalid Cancellations:

  • Items not listed on our website.
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) orders.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt (as recorded in our system).
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
  • Contact us via our web form or email at YOROZUAUS@GMAIL.COM to initiate a return. Do not return items to the manufacturer directly.
  • We cover return and redelivery costs if the products are defective or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to personal preference, you will bear these costs.
  • Consider using trackable shipping or shipping insurance for items over AUD$100. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned items.

Invalid Returns:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items not listed on our website.
  • B2B orders.

Exchanges:

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival or within 10 days of receipt.
  • Damage due to manufacturing or delivery abrasion is not covered.
  • Contact us within 10 days of receipt for exchanges, with photos showing the issue.
  • We cover return and redelivery costs for exchanges due to defects or incorrect items.
  • Refunds may be offered if the replacement item is discontinued or pending.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified period (up to 30 days for credit/debit cards, 3-5 working days for PayPal).
  • Refunds cover product costs only; shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Check with your bank or credit card company if the refund is delayed.

Please Note:

  • We cannot refund any taxes, duties, or other charges incurred during the order process.
  • If you have not received a refund yet, recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company as it may take time for your refund to be officially posted.
